Thegimpu Movierulz - Ajith entertained as a one-man show in the movie. A little more screen space would have been good. All the other artists also performed well. Director Vinod has put some mass moments here and there. But till the interval portion, the movie doesn't gain much interest. The interval block is impressive in terms of action. And the movie needs an excellent second half to stand up.
Thegimpu Movierulz - But Vinod delivered only the second half which seemed a little better than the first half. Vinod chose an excellent point for this film. The background setup in the story is also enjoyable. But the narration is flat and the film does not explode. Climax being routine has also become a minus for this film. The screenplay could be clearer. The background music is amazing as per the story.
The action and songs in the movie are all good but the message is the same as what we have already seen. Ajith's film in Tamil will get huge openings as Sankranti is the season. Let's see what the situation is in Telugu.
