Since the beginning of the year, the magic of Bollywood is not working in front of South films. Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha and Akshay Kumar's Raksha Bandhan seem to be doing well at the box office. The performance of both the films is decreasing day by day, so both Aamir and Akshay are proving to be laggy in front of South's small-budget film 'Karthikeya 2'. The initial figures of the earnings of the films on Wednesday have also been revealed, according to which Bollywood films have become a rage at the box office.

Kartikeya 2
Superstar Nikhil Siddharth's 'Karthikeya 2' is giving tough competition to Aamir Khan's 'Lal Singh Chaddha'. At the same time, the film is successful in wooing the Hindi audience along with Telugu. According to preliminary figures on Wednesday, the film has collected Rs 3 crore on its fifth day, which is more than 'Lal Singh Chaddha' and 'Raksha Bandhan'. Made on a budget of 30 crores, this film came in theaters two days later and so far has been successful in taking out half of its budget. The total collection of the film has gone up to Rs 24.90 crore.

Raksha Bandhan
Akshay Kumar's 'Raksha Bandhan' is not getting a good response from the audience. Made on a budget of 70 crores, this film has not been able to earn 50 crores even after seven days of its release. According to the initial figures on Wednesday, the film earned Rs 1.70 crore on the seventh day, which is less than Rs 2.11 crore on Tuesday. In such a situation, it seems that the condition of 'Raksha Bandhan' is also going to be like Akshay's 'Emperor Prithviraj' and 'Bachchan Pandey' released this year. At the same time, the total collection of the film has now gone up to Rs 38.82 crore.

Lal Singh Chaddha
Aamir Khan is not getting any benefit even after returning to the big screen after four years with 'Lal Singh Chaddha'. The film faced opposition even before its release, which continued even later and the audience rejected it outright. According to the initial figures on Wednesday, there has been a decline in the collection of the film. On Tuesday, where the film did a business of 2.47 crores, on the seventh day it earned only Rs 2 crores. In this way, the total collection of the film made on a budget of 180 crores has now become Rs 50.3 crores.

Bimbisar
Kalyan Ram's film 'Bimbisar' has done a business of Rs 60 lakh, according to the initial figures on Wednesday. Made for 40 crores, the film was successful in recovering its cost on the 12th day of its release. At the same time, now the total collection of this film has gone up to Rs 41.28 crore.

Sita Ramam
Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur's Pan India film Sita Ramam has done well at the box office. Made on a budget of 30 crores, the film earned Rs 80 lakh on the 13th day, according to the figures on Wednesday. In this way, the total rating of the film has gone up to Rs 37.80 crore.
