Hero Ram has a good image as a Lover Boy .. even though he missed the hit track for a few years .. he received a blockbuster hit with Ismart Shankar. Putting aside routine love stories, Ram has opened a new experiment with a crime thriller called Red. The Tamil film 'Tadam' has been remade as 'Red'. Apart from playing the dual role of Ram in the film .. Kishore Thirumala, the director who impressed me with his diverse love stories like Shailaja, Unnadi Okate Zindagi, and Chitralahari, has created good expectations. Story:
In this red story, Ram appears in two roles as Aditya and Siddharth. While Siddharth is a professional engineer, Aditya is a thief. However, one day, a man named Akash is killed. The murderer tells Siddharth that he will be arrested. But, the real point and twist in the story arise when Aditya is also involved in a similar case. So, who killed Akash? What was the whole flashback behind that murder as well as the real knot in the story? How did it drive the story forward? How will Aditya and Siddharth finally get out of that murder case? Is the rest of the story.

Plus points in Red Movie:
Aditya and Siddharth are the main characters in the film. Ram excelled in both roles. The film impresses with its very settled performance showing variations between the two characters. Ram's portrayal of the differences between the two characters in each scene is a highlight throughout the film.
The heroine Malavika Sharma looks beautiful in the movie. But she doesn’t even have much scope and screen space in this film. Vennela Kishore cultivates comedy in some scenes. Comedian Satya also generated good fun in his role. Posani as well as the rest of the cast performed well. The police setup and scenes in the film are also good.
Interval block, some of the scenes that come up in the investigation are also good. And Nevada Pethuraj seemed okay in her role. The directorial direction was the highlight of the film. The way the second half dealt with emotions was great. The dialogues he writes are also good.

Technical Department:
Despite being the captain of the ship, director Kishore Thirumala could not give a proper out afoot to the film. Unable to impress the audience with the engaging narrative. There is more impressive music in the film. Background music is OK. Editing is good. Photography seems to be okay. Leading producer Sravanti Ravi Kishore's production values are good. Also, the dialogues in the film are impressive and the film setup is also nice. However, due to the lack of priority in the investigation, interest in the film was missed.

Verdict:
Overall, this red is a suspense thriller, the main point of the story is nice. However, despite being a diverse film with a new point, the film was not impressive. Ram's two characters, in particular, the incidents entwined around those characters as well as the murder scenes and some sentimental moments are good. Overall, the film does not connect to the Telugu audience. If not Ram fans will love Ram acting and some elements in the movie.
