Love Today Movieruz - The movie 'Love Today' will definitely connect with all the youth of this generation as the movie has many scenes related to the current youth situation. People in relationships definitely hide a lot from their partners, with this point the comedy created in this movie connects the audience with the characters and makes them laugh at the situations on screen. A few of the routine comedy scenes but some emotional scenes at the end also worked well. The movie has some thought-provoking scenes and some over-the-top scenes as well. But the running minutes of this movie do not feel boring anywhere.
Love Today Movieruz - When it comes to acting, Pradeep Ranganathan seems okay with his performance, he seems to be imitating some actors, and his acting reminds Dhanush and Prabhu Deva in some scenes. Ivana looks beautiful on-screen and her performance seems very natural. While Sathyaraj appeared too much in some scenes, he managed well in other scenes. Yogi Babu & Raveena Ravi also entertained with their performances despite having less screen presence. Radhika Sarathkumara is also entertained in some scenes as the hero's mother. All the other actors have done their roles well as the story required.
Technically, the movie 'Love Today' seems to be okay. The songs composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja are not up to the expectations but still live up to the film. The background music is good. Dinesh Purushottaman's cinematography is decent as the film is shot in limited locations. The editing by Pradeep E Raghav is crisp and there are no unwanted scenes. The production values match the story.
Director Pradeep Ranganathan has succeeded in delivering a youth-filled entertainer to connect well with the present generation. Some of the comedy scenes in the movie look like a copy of memes from Instagram. Pradeep has succeeded in writing a fun-paced story with a simple point that many people can relate to, adding emotion and capturing it equally well on screen. Overall, 'Love Today' is an entertaining romantic drama, a must-watch movie in theaters with your friends.
