The series will be written by Craig Rosenberg and is expected to be premiered on Amazon Prime Video sometime in 2021.
Amazon Prime Video knows the success of The Boys, many comparing it right now to the one that had Game of Thrones. For this reason, the streaming platform has given the green light to a spin-off set in a university for teenage superheroes.
Variety reportedly, the series will be written by Craig Rosenberg, will not be suitable for children under the age of 18 and is described as a Hunger Games, but located at a U.S. university exclusively for teenage superheroes.
The series has no title yet, but it will follow the lives of these superheroes in the middle of the hormonal phase and very competitive who test their physical, sexual and moral limits, competing at the same time for the best contracts in the best cities.
As we wait for more details, remember that the second season of The Boys is releasing a new episode on Amazon Prime Video each week, with its final scheduled for October 9.
