copyrightSpider Man: Into The Spider-Verse 2 Jake Johnson would love to come back as Peter B. Parker - 3Movierulz
Sony Pictures Animation and Marvel Entertainment continue to work on spider-man into the spider-verse 2 after Spider-Man: A New Universe, released in 2018, won the Oscar in the Best Animated Film category. The second half premiere is marked for October 7, 2022, in the US. The USA and New Girl's Jake Johnson, who lent his voice to Peter B. Parker in the first, has stated that he would love to return. If you remember, this and the rest of Miles Morales' arachnid companions would return to their dimensions at the end of the long. And it looked like he and Mary Jane were giving each other another chance!

"I really hope so," Jake Johnson replied when asked by Fandom about whether we'll see Peter B. Parker once again in the seed of A New Universe, this time with direction from Joaquim Dos Santos. I loved playing with Peter B. Parker. I literally recorded that movie... I think it was for over two years. People don't realize that with most animation you record about two or three times and you're done. I lived with that character for a long time before anyone knew what was going on. I loved the material. I had the opportunity to record a lot with Shameik, who played Miles, and we were able to talk to each other. Shameik and I became colleagues and we still write today and we're in touch."

"IS HE A FATHER AND SUPERHERO?"
"I'd love to see what happens to Peter," he continues. "I'd love to see... did he and M.J. get back together? Did he becomes a father? Is he still a superhero? Is he a father and a superhero? But these I ask now as a fan. Because, in terms of the movie, I don't sit at that table making delusions. But I'd love for Peter to come back."

Phil Lord and Chris Miller remain as producers and, in addition to Shameik Moore as Miles Morales and with Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker, the cast of the sequel could again feature Hailee Steinfeld, John Mulaney, Kimiko Glenn, and Nicolas Cage. Will we see Silk, Spider-Woman, and other characters? We'll know soon enough!
