Revenue dispute over Prabhas Guest House in Raider, Hyderabad Revenue officials have lodged a complaint at Rayadurgam police station claiming that Prabhas and his associates had violated the rules.

Controversy has been going on for 40 years in relation to the 30 acres of 84 acres in Rayadurga's survey number 46. Prabhas Guest House was built in 2,200 yards on the same survey number. Prabhas also requested the government to regularize it under bio-59. However, it is government land, which was previously searched by the Sherlingampally revenue staff. However, several cases have been filed at the police station alleging that Prabhas's personal staff attempted to enter his guest house during the lockdown.

A trial will be held in Kukat Palli Court in connection with the case. The trial is being conducted in court on issues such as the construction of public land and entry into the gated guest house.
