The fourth film will have the character of director Taika Waititi back with a more relevant role than in the previous films.
In the fourth solo movie of the God of Thunder, Thor: Love and Thunder, we will have Jane Foster back, played by Natalie Portman, and along with her will return a character quite loved by fans, Korg.
On the Marvel panel of the San Diego Comic-Con, Taika Waititi dropped that we would see her character again in Thor's new movie. Today, HN Entertainment reports that Korg will have a more important role in this new Marvel film.
HNE does not offer any other details about the Waititi character, but it seems that it will be more than a supporting character, as in Thor: Ragnarok, or a cameo, as it was in Avengers: Endgame where we saw him play Fortnite with Thor.
Waititi has explained on one occasion that Korg was initially thought to be a secondary character who would have one or two scenes, but the more times he met with Hemsworth to improvise lines, the greater the presence of Korg in the film.
Marvel thought it would be really fun and really enjoy doing it. Chris wanted to do more, so we put him in more and more scenes and before we knew it, he was in the whole movie
Thor: Love and Thunder have its premiere date marked on November 5, 2021.
