MovieRulz News:- Without a doubt the premiere of Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker will mean the end of an era and the umpteenth proof of it is that Mark Hamill hopes that it will be his last appearance in the films of the franchise.
After more than a decade playing the legendary Luke Skywalker, the good Hamill hopes not to have to be him again in the future of the license on the big screen. In spite of that, it does not close the door to him to put a voice to the personage in a series of animation or videojuegos.

Hamill explained why he thinks he will not come back: "Well because the end [of Luke] came in the last one. The fact that he is involved in a certain way is due to this aspect of the Star Wars mythology, where if you are a Jedi you have to come back and make a courtesy appearance like a ghost of force. "
Obviously, it was not going to be Luke the only great Jedi of the franchise who did not return from the dead to serve as a guide to any of the young heroes of this universe.
