The much-awaited Tamil film ‘Good Bad Ugly’ is all set to hit the theatres on April 10, 2025. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the action comedy starring Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan has already received a great response at the censor screening. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers as their first Tamil venture and presented by T-Series, the film has been released.
Umair Sandhu, who claims to be a member of the Overseas Censor Board, shared his preview on social media platform X. He said, “#GoodBadUgly! MINDBLOWING censor screening complete,” and described the film as a “crazy action thriller.” Praising Ajith Kumar as a “one-man show”, he highlighted the climax and interval blocks as the main attractions of the film. Sandhu also specifically praised the background score, racy screenplay and clap-worthy dialogues provided by G.V. Prakash Kumar. Stating that fans will definitely enjoy Ajith’s new avatar, he gave the film a four-star rating.
Star-studded cast, strong technical team
Along with Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, the film will feature prominent actors like Prabhu, Prasanna, Arjun Das, Sunil, Rahul Dev, Yogi Babu, Jackie Shroff, Priya Prakash Varrier, Simran, Tinnu Anand, Sayaji Shinde in key roles. The film is also technically superior. G.V. The film is technically excellent with music by Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Abhinadhan Ramanujan, and editing by Vijay Velukutty. The stunts choreographed by Supreme Sundar and Kaloyan Vodenicharoev are another attraction.
Filming in Hyderabad, Spain
The film, whose title was officially announced in March 2024, was shot in Hyderabad and Spain from May to December. Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravishankar acted as producers, Cherry as CEO, and Dinesh Narasimhan as Chief Executive Producer. Production design was done by G.M. Shekhar, sound design by Suren, and VFX by Narendra Logisa.
