Ram Charan and Shankar Shanmugam's much-awaited film Game Changer has released in theatres today. The film is not only Shankar's first Telugu film but also marks the milestone of his 50th project for producer Dil Raju. Let's see if the film lives up to the audience's expectations.
Story
The young and dutiful Collector of Visakhapatnam Ram Nandan (Ram Charan) is famous for his fearlessness against corruption. Their struggle intensifies when they encounter the powerful and cunning politician Bobbili Mopidevi (SJ Surya).
The twist in the tale comes when Chief Minister Satyamurthy (Srikanth) offers Rama to become the Chief Minister, bypassing his son Mopidevi. After this, the political game takes an exciting turn. Ram has to make his place in the dark world of politics, while Mopidevi tries to gain power with his tricks.
Will Ram be able to avoid political conspiracies and work for the welfare of the people? Or will Mopidevi succeed in his ambitions? You'll have to watch Game Changer to find out.

Ram Charan: Ram Charan's performance at the centre of the film is superb. As an upright IAS officer and later as an articulate leader, he has added depth and vigour to his role.
SJ Suryah: SJ Suryah has done an excellent job as the main antagonist. His dialogues and body language accurately evoke the cunning and ambition of his character.
Kiara Advani: Her performance as Ram Charan's love interest is good, though her role is limited.
Anjali: Her emotional scenes and the maturity of the character bring depth to the story.
Supporting cast: Sunil and Jayaram add a light touch to the film by adding humour and emotional elements.
Direction and Technical Aspects
Shankar has presented a brilliant political drama with his grand vision. The film's cinematography is visually appealing, and Thaman's background score makes the scenes more impactful. The action sequences, especially the confrontation between Ram and Mopidevi, are among the most memorable parts of the film.
The pace of the film is slow in the first half, but the second half is fast-paced and exciting. Editing, however, demands a bit of tightness.
