Kiran Abbavaram, who is improving his film career, had decent success with SR Kalyanamandapan last year. And now Sebastian PC 524 has come up with a completely different story.
This is the story of Madanapalle in Rayalaseema. The story revolves around the murder of a young woman Neelima (Komalee Prasad). At the same time, Constable Sebastian (Kiran Abbavaram) is on duty. He also has a rash.

And who killed Neelima? What has Sebastian got to do with this case? The rest of the story is about how the mysterious Sebastian solved this mystery.
Kiran Abbavaram's performance as a constable went decent. The man with the rehearsal did well in the role. However, this angle does not seem to be used properly in the story. But as long as Kiran wanted to do justice to the story.

Komali Prasad got a pivotal role in the film. The story almost revolves around her. Appears in a few scenes but she impresses. Senior actress Rohini played the cameo role of the mother of the hero. Surya and Nuveksha are praised in key roles. Adarsh Balakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar and Ravi Teja did well in supporting roles.
The cinematography work in Raj K is good. The lighting and camera frames used especially in the night effects are impressive. I think it would be nice if Revolution Prohibition editing was still sharp. Ghibran music went on more than necessary. Causes a raucous feeling with more sounds. The ability to give such a score does not appear there in the scene. Why is it that the sphere does not seem to have anything to do with it? Songs never mind.

In terms of production design, the film is mostly set in natural locations around Madanapalle. The film manages to entertain as well as inform, subject to budget constraints.
In the case of director Balaji Sayyapureddy, the approach tied to a murder mystery and hero Rechikati is good. But the problem is all about his execution. Lots of errors appear here. It would have been even better if the screenplay had been a little racier.
