The new series "Jurassic World: New Adventures" has just launched on Netflix. But the Dino series will continue in the cinema. Director Colin Trevorrow hopes to keep to the schedule for "Jurassic World 3: Dominion."
Fans of the "Jurassic World" franchise have just gotten fresh supplies with the animated series "Jurassic World: New Adventures" on Netflix. But even that is quickly exhausted with its eight episodes in the first season. So when will more supplies come from the successful Dino series?
Now, next, "Jurassic World 3: Dominion" is another movie in the starting blocks and it already has a start date: on June 10, 2021, the time has come. But due to the Corona pandemic, productions around the world are being halted and starts are being happily postponed – what about the shooting of "Jurassic World 3"?
Director Colin Trevorrow gave an update on the status of the "Jurassic World: Dominion" production: He told the French magazine Premiere that he was on schedule, but still had a lot to do.
"JURASSIC WORLD: DOMINION" TO BE READY IN TIME
"Jurassic World 3" also had to stop production in March 2020 due to the pandemic, and resumed in July – on completely different terms than before, of course. Trevorrow explained that it is not easy to turn under the current health regulations:
"But everyone is very disciplined, keeps away, wears their mask. Universal and the producers provide us with everything to keep going. So, despite the delay caused by the health crisis, we are on schedule."
However, he did not forget to stress that it is a huge production and that one is far from finished. Still, Trevorrow's statements suggest that the film will be ready for its scheduled release on June 10, 2021.

"JURASSIC WORLD: NEW ADVENTURES" ON NETFLIX
Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard return from the "Jurassic World" films in "Jurassic World 3," the sixth feature film in the "Jurassic" series. But the veterans of the "Jurassic Park" movies will also be there: Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum are even expected to have more than one guest appearance.
While you're waiting for the big show of all "Jurassic" stars in theaters, you can sweeten the wait with the new "Jurassic World" series on Netflix – if you haven't already.
In "Jurassic World: New Adventures" six teenagers visit an adventure camp on Isla Nublar and repeatedly find their lives in danger on the dinosaur island.
