Jon Landau, the producer of the James Cameron saga, shared this photograph. The second installment of the franchise will arrive in cinemas in 2022.

The aftermath of Avatar continues with its filming after the break caused by the coronavirus crisis and fans of the planet Pandora can already take the first look at one of the new vehicles that will appear in the sequels. Jon Landau, the producer of the franchise directed by James Cameron, has been sharing some of the new developments through his Instagram account for future installments starring Zoe Saldana and Sam Worthington and has now posted a photograph of the so-called Crabsuit. "The Crabsuit...", begins Landau in the text that accompanies the image. As you can see, the name of this vehicle responds to its crab shape. "Crabsuit" could be translated as "Crab Suit". "A submersible has driven by humans. One of the many new RDA vehicles that will appear in the sequels of Avatar," adds the producer.

No one should be caught by surprise at this point that this vehicle is used in the water - although the photo above also shows it in its ground version. As already seen in the footage of the filming of the avatar sequels, this element will be key in the new episodes of the story of the couple formed by Neytiri and Jake Sully.

Avatar 2 will arrive in the cinemas on December 16, 2022. Avatar 3 on December 20, 2024. Avatar 4 on December 18, 2016. And finally, Avatar 5 on December 22, 2028. These are, for now, the dates that the different deliveries have in the United States. In Spain, we will have to wait to meet them. In addition to Saldana and Worthington, the films feature Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, and Oona Chaplin.
