Young rebel star Prabhas is the hero of the mythological film "Adipurush" directed by Om Raut. This movie is being made in the background of the Ramayana epic. Bhushan Kumar produced this movie with a huge budget under the T-series banner.
But the latest producer Bhushan Kumar gave Om Raut an expensive gift. A Ferrari F8 Tributo car worth around Rs.4.02 crore was given as a gift to the director of 'Adipurush'.
Bhushan Kumar has gifted costly cars to many people in the past. In the wake of the super hit of the movie 'Bhool Bhoolaiya-2 earlier this year, it is known that hero Karthik Aaryan was gifted an orange McLaren worth Rs.4.70 crores.
Otherwise, controversy is pouring in around the film 'Adipurush', which has been ambitiously shot using motion capture technology at the pan-India level. In the recently released teaser, there have been trolls on a large scale saying that the VFX work is very poor.
On the other hand, many political leaders and Hindiists have raised objections that the portrayal of characters is meant to hurt the sentiments of Hindus. In this background, the boy cut trend is also running on Adipurush's movie on social media.
However, director Om Raut explained that all this was done as part of an effort to tell the story of Ramayana in a way that today's youth can understand and suit their taste. He said that this movie was shot on a big screen and it will be different to watch on mobile phones.
In this background, recently the 3D teaser of 'Adipurush' was screened in theatres, and it got an unexpected response. Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, and Sunny Singh as Laxman will be seen in this movie.
The film will be released on January 12, 2022, as a Sankranti gift. The makers are gearing up to release it in Hindi Telugu Tamil Malayalam Kannada languages in IMAX - 3D formats. It remains to be seen what kind of result Om Raut will get with "Adipurush", who got success with a historical film like 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
