After the big success of Baahubali, the popularity of graphics in Telugu films is high. The latest example is Prabhas's Saaho. Also, nematode poisoning is now on the way. Saaho is curious about cinema and the overflow of graphics.
Chiranjeevi's upcoming film 'Sye Raa' is also being released. The filmmakers spent Rs 45 crore on the graphics alone. There are seventeen studios behind the film for VFX alone.
But experts say the excessive VFX image is only harmful. The film features 3800 VFX shots. Bahubali had a total of 2300 VFX shots.
A Chiranjeevi movie is all set to hit the screens two years after the release of the Tamil film Khadi remake, Khadi No. 150. Sources from Tollywood have reported that the star's fortunes have been somewhat dimmed in recent years.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a biopic of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy, the first fighter to fight against the British. Directed by Surender Reddy, the movie will feature a huge cast. Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Nayantara, Tamanna, Kichu Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Brahmaji, Ravi Kishan and Huma Qureshi are the main actors.
